If people had enough information about nutrition, they would realize that its importance goes way beyond keeping a healthy weight. “We Are Literally What We Eat”. Our daily nutrition reflects on our hair, nails, skin, blood, energy, and on every organ of our body. In addition, it reflects on your ability to fight off illness, and/or your ability to recover from illness or injury.
