About Nancy Juarez

Yoga Instructor

Nancy is a former professional ballet dancer, and has been teaching fitness for the last 12 years. She owns an extensive experience in various fitness formats such as Zumba, Belly Dance, Body Sculpting, Aqua Aerobics, Cardio Boxing, Senior Fitness, Mat Pilates, and Yoga.

She is owns a 200 hour Yoga Certification and a BA in Ballet Dance. Nancy  has been teaching Yoga for the last 10 years. Her style is a blend of Kundalini, Hatta, and Vinyasa Yoga. She is very specific with her instruction which is fluid, dynamic, and always challenging for the body of her students. She also knows how to work with energy and breath in a way that leads her students to a  total synchronicity with their higher selves.

Additionally, her background as a ballet dancer helps to provide the proper technique and alignment that all students are looking for.

About Michelle Alvarez

Yoga Instructor/Michelle Alvarez

She is currently a dancer and has been teaching Yoga for the last 3 years. Michelle  owns a 200 hour Yoga certification, and BA in Arts.

As part of the young generation, she wants to create a better world by spreading out the Yoga philosophy, and bringing  the young generations back to touch with nature. 

Her style is a blend of Kundalini, Hatta, and Vinyasa Yoga. She combines dynamic and intelligent flows with spirituality. 

Her background as a ballet dancer provides her with abundant knowledge to help her students to achieve the proper Yoga alignment and technique.
